BMF Engineering Consulting and Foreign Trade. Limited Company Clarification Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data within the Scope of KVKK No. 6698

This clarification text is prepared for the purpose of clarification regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company in accordance with the Law by BMF Engineering Consulting and Foreign Trade. Limited Company (“BMF”) in the capacity of “data controller” within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”),

The purpose of this text is to prevent the illegal processing, access, transfer and storage of personal data in accordance with Article 10 of the Law.

a) Methods of Obtaining Personal Data, Legal Reasons and Data Controller

Your personal data can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically, by automatic or non-automatic methods, by means of communication, membership and similar online forms on the website of BMF, e-mail, telephone, website, various contracts, forms kept in paper form. As a result of the conditions and legal reasons set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, they can be collected.

Your personal data can be processed and shared within the framework of personal data processing conditions in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. The data controller for the processing of this data is the BMF legal entity.

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data Pursuant to Article 4 of the Law, your personal data can be processed in accordance with below purposes and in acordance with the Law; To ensure that the products and services offered by the Company to its customers can be better presented,
Determining and increasing customer satisfaction,
Managing infrastructure and commercial operations,
To develop information, suggestions and complaints mechanism,
Developing innovative ideas in the field of renewable energy,
Developing R&D projects,
To provide products and services that meet the needs of our customers,
Execution of relevant business processes to be carried out by business units,
Execution of our company's human resources policy,

c) Sharing of Personal Data

Your personal data, within the framework of the purposes listed in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, can be shared with third parties deemed necessary by law to continue the activities, and ith BMF business partners and suppliers and legally authorized institutions and organizations for the purpose of providing technical, commercial and legal security for the information supply to be carried out by BMF.

d) Rights of Data Owners

Personal Data owners have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law;

Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data,

Data owners can submit these rights and request petitions in written form with wet signature or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company by the relevant person and registered in our Company's system. These applications are free of charge and will be finalized free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest following the application.
